Maintenance & Support

You already know us for our extensive product range and knowledge and for our efficient quoting and sales process – now let us introduce you to our innovative after-sales maintenance programme. 

All the products we sell carry between 12 months to 5 years manufacturer’s back-to-base warranty.  However, it’s not always convenient for our customers to get the equipment back to us for repair in the event that a breakdown occurs or be without vital equipment for great lengths of time.  Sometimes, faults occur due to operator error and all it takes is our technician to make some onsite adjustments to resolve the issue, so that the items don’t have to be sent for repair.

These services also extend to inspection of existing systems that require tuning, maintenance or upgrade. We want to offer you peace of mind while we take care of the occasional equipment failure.   Our rate card for the supply of services on a case-by-case basis is contained below.  We now also offer a three-tier maintenance programme which gives you access to FREE or reduced-rate callouts, FREE or discounted hired or replacement equipment, scheduled checks and 24-hour back-up support. 

Service Rates

Regular Callout Fee (includes up to 1 hour labour) $165
Additional Labour $66 per hour
Clean & Service (includes up to 4 hours labour and compressor hire) $374
Non-Warranty Product Repair Handling (does not include repairer charges) $66 per item
CBD Parking Surcharge $20
Non-Metro Surcharge $2 per km from Melbourne CBD
