- How early should we book AV for our corporate Christmas party?
- As early as you can. Thursdays and Fridays in the first three weeks of December book out first across Melbourne and Sydney. If your event is around the corner, get in touch anyway. We'll always do our very best to make it possible!
- How much does Christmas party AV cost?
- It depends on the venue, and how much the room needs to be transformed. A dinner with speeches and background music sits at a very different level from a themed warehouse party with staging and LED screens. Send us your date, venue and brief, and we’ll put together a quote.
- Do you provide end of year event production in Sydney as well as Melbourne?
- Yes. We’re established in Melbourne and now deliver end of year events, Christmas parties and awards nights across Sydney with the same standard.
- Can you work with our venue’s in-house AV?
- Yes. Some venues have their own systems, so we’ll liaise with the venue directly, then add or replace only what’s needed so you’re not paying twice.
- Do you only do Christmas parties?
- No - we produce all kinds of end of year events, including awards nights, client functions, summer staff parties and January kick-offs. If it’s a celebration that needs to look and sound right, we can help!
