- What AV do we need for a conference?
- Typically a stage wash so speakers read clearly, a PA matched to the room, wireless microphones, screens or an LED wall for content, and a technician calling the show. Send us the run sheet and room details and we'll spec conference AV that fits — nothing more than the event needs.
- Do you produce gala dinners and awards nights?
- Yes — gala dinner and awards night production is core PLS work: room washes and table pinspotting, stage and lectern lighting, walk-up music and audio, screens for nominees, and an operator who keeps the night moving on cue.
- Can you light the room in our brand colours?
- Down to the exact hex code. Corporate event lighting and uplighting programmed to your brand palette is one of the fastest ways to make a venue feel like yours — we've turned Federation Square Cadbury purple, so a ballroom is no trouble.
- Can you work alongside our venue's in-house AV?
- Happily. We integrate with in-house systems where they're strong and supplement where they're not, and we handle the venue liaison — one less thing on your run sheet.
- How far ahead should we book?
- For end-of-year events and awards season, two to three months is comfortable. That said, we're built for fast turnarounds — if the event is close, call us before you rule anything out.
- What does corporate event production include?
- Everything between the brief and the show: design, planning, equipment, crew and live operation. For a typical corporate program that means conference production services — staging, audio, screens, lighting, show calling — plus streaming or recording if the content lives on afterwards. You brief one team; we own the outcome.
