Our Cheltenham warehouse is usually where events start, not where they happen. It's where gear gets prepped, trucks get loaded, and custom builds get finished before they go out the door.
For Elevate, we used it differently. Instead of telling people what PLS can do, we built it and invited them to walk through it. Production, styling, custom builds, all in one space, all done to the same standard we bring to every event.
Building It
Transforming our warehouse took a few days and many determined crew.
The Pro Light & Sound team brought in production, audio, lighting and the custom builds. Our sister company, Pro Light Styling, reshaped the warehouse with draping and styling. Between the two, the space changed dramatically each day, layer by layer, until the warehouse was unrecognisable.
Guests arrived through a golden tunnel of light, the first sign that the night ahead would be nothing like the space's daytime purpose. Beyond it, black and gold draping swallowed the warehouse walls whole, and chandeliers hung low over the crowd, casting a warm glow across the room all night.
Around the room, we built a custom media wall, an LED bar, an arcade game, and a full Wok Station, each one a working piece of the night rather than a backdrop. Behind a secret revolving door, tucked away until we chose to reveal it, sat a hidden dessert tunnel - a theatrical moment of its own.
On the Night
More than 200 guests filled the room. Live music moved through the crowd and close up magic happened around the room, while food and drinks flowed throughout the night.
The night's performances included a light show that filled the room with movement and colour, an acoustic set paired with bespoke intricate lighting, and a contemporary dance piece playing out in silhouette against LED screens and draping.

Our Standard
Elevate gave us the opportunity to show our standard rather than simply talk about it. It was us doing the job we do for the people we serve, on ourselves.
Same process, same attention to detail, same standard, from the week of setup to the last guest leaving. For one night, the warehouse where we get other people's events ready became the event.
