The Brief

The Create Company needed a raw warehouse turned into an immersive, atmospheric venue for Sapporo - a two-night supper event built around a sumo ring, a live press drop and the brand's television campaign. The challenge with a space like this is that nothing is there to begin with: no services, no ambience, no structure. Everything guests would see, hear and stand under had to be built in from scratch.

What We Delivered

Power: The venue had no usable infrastructure on site, so we brought in everything the night needed to run - enough power to keep caterers, lighting and AV all operating cleanly and safely from a single, properly managed supply. Every cable was secured and matted throughout, so the space stayed safe underfoot without ever looking like a build site.

Draping: A wall of black drape ran the length of the warehouse, concealing back-of-house and - more importantly, creating a reveal moment as guests moved through into the main room. A second drape line screened off the kitchen, keeping the guest facing space clean and considered.

Lighting. Every dining table was lit, with a hero wash placed on the sumo ring itself, turning a cold industrial shell into a warm, inviting setting. Moving lights and soft panel washes added shape and atmosphere across the space, with uplighting extending the styling beyond the main room.

Audio: A full sound system with wireless handhelds and a presenter headset kept the announcement crisp and the room energised - coverage designed for speeches and a live media moment as much as for the night's music.

Projection: Large scale projection put Sapporo's campaign film front and centre on screen, integrated into the room design.

Event support: A dedicated crew handled bump in, live operation across both show nights, and bump-out - keeping the production seamless from end to end.

The Result

For two nights, a bare warehouse ran as a fully serviced, atmospheric brand venue. Power, styling and show, delivered by one team. That's what "AV Stylists" means in practice.
