A touring brand launch from Melbourne to the Sydney Opera House, built around a giant working iPhone.
For the launch of TELUS Health, Pro Light & Sound delivered production across two cities, Melbourne and Sydney, with the Sydney leg staged inside the Sydney Opera House. The brief called for a touring show that could scale and adapt between very different rooms while keeping the brand experience identical in both, built around large-format screens, audio, lighting, and a suite of branded environments to bring the launch to life.
The Brief
Touring a launch between two cities means building a show twice, in two rooms with nothing in common, while making sure the brand experience feels exactly the same in both.
Alongside the touring production, the brief also called for a genuine centrepiece: a giant, fully working replica of an iPhone, built to let guests physically demo the TELUS Health app at scale.
What We Delivered
Screens: Large-format widescreen LED screens anchored both venues, carrying the brand content and running as the visual backbone of each show.
Audio & Lighting: A full audio and lighting design was built for each city, tuned to suit the very different acoustics and character of a standard event space versus the Sydney Opera House itself.
Branding: Custom media walls and branded elements were built into both venues, carrying the TELUS Health identity through every part of the guest journey, from arrival to the main event.
The Centrepiece: A giant, custom-built iPhone became the standout feature of the launch, giving guests a hands-on, larger-than-life way to demo the TELUS Health app in person.

A brand launch that travelled seamlessly from Melbourne to one of the world's most recognisable stages, arriving in Sydney with the same polish, scale and impact it opened with.
