LED screen hire in Melbourne.
LED walls for conferences, launches, galas and activations across Melbourne and Sydney. Designed around your room and your content, installed by our own crew, and run live on the day.
Shaped to the room.
Every LED wall we build starts with three questions: how close is the front row, how big does the image need to be, and what’s playing on it? The answers set the pixel pitch, the size and the shape, from a single screen beside a lectern to a curved wall that wraps the stage.
LED panels join into almost any form, so the screen can follow the architecture, frame a stage or become the centrepiece. For Heidi Health’s launches, large-format LED formed the backbone of the main stage and the demonstration areas. For TELUS Health, widescreen LED anchored the show in Melbourne and at the Sydney Opera House.
Hire includes more than the panels. We bring the processing, the playback and an operator who runs your content on cue, along with the rigging or ground support the screen needs. One team looks after the stage, the lighting, the audio and the screen, so they look and work as one.
What we deliver.
- Indoor LED walls. Fine-pitch panels for conferences, galas and launches, sharp from the front row.
- Outdoor LED screens. Bright screens for activations and outdoor events that read clearly in daylight.
- Curved & custom shapes. Curved, columned, arched or oversized walls, built to the shape of the idea.
- Live camera on screen. Presenters magnified on the wall, so the back of the room sees every expression.
- Playback & switching. Show computers, playback and a vision switcher running slides, video and live feeds on cue.
- Rigging & ground support. Flown or stacked, planned for the venue and installed by our own crew.
- Confidence monitors. Screens for presenters showing slides, notes and a countdown clock.
- Operators on the day. A vision operator running every cue, from rehearsal to the final session.
Good to know.
- How much does LED screen hire cost in Melbourne?
- It depends on the size of the screen, the pixel pitch and how long it’s in place. LED costs more per square metre than projection, and finer pitch costs more again. A single screen beside a lectern sits at the lower end, while large or curved walls with live camera scale from there. Send us the room, the audience size and what’s on screen, and we’ll quote it.
- What is pixel pitch, and which do I need?
- Pixel pitch is the distance between the LEDs on a panel. The smaller the number, the sharper the image up close. The closer your front row, the finer the pitch needs to be, and under about three metres we’d recommend fine-pitch LED.
- Should I choose an LED wall or projection?
- LED is brighter, reads well in lit rooms and daylight, and can take almost any shape. Projection can be the better value for very large surfaces, roughly six metres wide and up, in a darkened room. Our guide to LED screens and projection covers the trade-offs, and we’ll recommend what suits your event.
- Can you supply LED screens outdoors?
- Yes. We supply outdoor LED for activations and outdoor events, bright enough to read in daylight. We plan the power, the structure and the weather contingency with you.
- Is an operator included?
- Yes. Our crew installs every screen, and for live events a vision operator runs your slides, video and live camera on cue. We can also help prepare your content to suit the screen’s resolution and shape.
- Can you build a curved or custom-shaped LED wall?
- Yes. Panels can be curved, columned, arched or built into a set, so the screen can frame a stage or become the centrepiece of the room.
- Do you supply LED screens in Sydney?
- Yes. We work across Melbourne and Sydney.
